Take a slice of chocolate spelt bread laced with bits of chocolate and candied orange peel. Toast the slice and while still warm spread butter and tahini over it. Then honey and salt. The chocolate in the bread melts when dipped in hot coffee. It tastes like panettone or Christmas.
